One of the things that was HAMMERED
into the Design Majors at pratt, was that you had to have a
legit real-world reason for everything that you did on a piece.
For instance, most of the text on this site is gray to allow
the plates to stand out in black and white. Also why there
is no color used on the site either.
But go and try to explain one of Salvador Dali's pieces
to someone.
